Conte’s team now has the same number of points as second-placed Manchester City and is only one point behind Arsenal’s north London rivals and Everton drop to 14th position.
Spurs now have 23 points from 10 league games, their best tally at this stage of a Premier League season, and Kane has now scored in five consecutive top-flight games for the first time in his career.
