Mohbad’s lawyers served notice of contract termination on Naira Marley’s Marlian Records on Tuesday, 25th 2022. This follows the highly publicized dispute between Mohbad and Marlian Records.

The letter’s content is as follows: According to the letter titled “Termination Notice,” Naira Marley orchestrated and carried out violent attacks on their client (Mohbad).
It also stated that Naira Marley had failed to pay all royalties and advances owed to Mohbad as agreed in the 2019 contract.
It was stated in the notice that Mohbad was terminating his contract with Marlian Records, but it was not clear to which record the artist was moving.

It also required Naira Marley to pay all royalties, advances, and monetary compensation owed to Mohbad under the contract.
