Nigerian actor and activist, Yomi Fabiyi, recently expressed his disappointment with popular afrobeat musician, David Adeleke, better known as Davido, over allegations of cheating.
The actor took to Instagram to criticize Davido following accusations made by two foreign-based women, Anita Brown and Ivanna Bay, who claimed that the musician impregnated them and urged them to have abortions.

Fabiyi, known for his involvement in social causes, referred to Davido’s previous criticism of him during the rape case involving Baba Ijesha and a 14-year-old girl in 2021.
In his Instagram post, Fabiyi highlighted the singer’s influential status among teenagers and young people, accusing him of repeatedly encouraging vulnerable young women to undergo abortions.
The actor stated, “To now have an individual like Davido, who has a seriously overwhelming influence on teenagers and youths, repeatedly propositioning and enabling spineless and voiceless young ladies into abortion is unacceptable and disappointing.”
Fabiyi went on to draw attention to Davido’s own past, suggesting that the musician had once been in a position similar to those babies whose mothers he allegedly paid to have aborted for his own selfish interests.
Recalling Davido’s previous derogatory remarks directed towards him during the rape case, Fabiyi expressed his disappointment in the singer’s actions, stating, “You are not really who people think you are, what a shame.
-God will continue to expose you lots for subjecting me to what I never deserve. Find peace with those women and treat them right. Those babies have the right to life.”
The accusations made against Davido have sparked controversy on social media, with many users expressing their own views on the matter.
