Twitter seems to be gearing up to introduce a new feature that will allow verified organizations on the platform to post job listings directly on their profiles.
Although the official announcement hasn’t been made yet, some verified organizations have already started posting job listings under their Twitter bios.

The posts provide interested applicants with direct links to the company’s website for more information and applications.
An app researcher named Nima Owji shared a screenshot revealing the feature, which Twitter is reportedly calling “Twitter Hiring.”
The description highlights its purpose as a means for verified organizations to attract potential candidates for their open positions.
Verified organizations will have the option to add up to five job positions to their profiles.
According to the screenshot, Twitter will also facilitate the process of importing all of an organization’s open job listings to the platform.
This can be achieved by connecting to a supported Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or using an XML feed, making it easy for organizations to add their job listings to Twitter swiftly.
This development doesn’t come as a complete surprise, as Twitter’s owner, Elon Musk, had hinted at the possibility of such a feature in May.
Responding to a user’s suggestion about implementing dating features on Twitter, Musk acknowledged the idea, adding that jobs could be a possibility as well.
With this new feature, Twitter aims to compete with established job platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
In May, Twitter acquired a job-matching tech startup named Laskie, which marked the company’s first acquisition since Elon Musk purchased Twitter.
It is likely that this acquisition played a role in the development and release of the job postings feature.
Verified organizations will apparently have access to this feature without any additional cost.
For instance, media company Workweek revealed that the job postings feature was included in Twitter’s $1,000 per month Verified for Organizations package.
Twitter users have already been posting job openings on the platform through regular tweets.

By directly integrating job listings into their profiles, verified organizations can tap into the platform’s wide-reaching audience and facilitate the hiring process.
