Femi Gbajiabiamila, former Speaker of the House of Representatives and currently Chief of Staff to the President, entered the Chamber at 1.18 p.m. and delivered the letter at 1.19 p.m.
The letter was addressed to Godswill Akpabio, President of the Senate.
On Thursday, Akpabio read the names aloud on the Senate floor during plenary.
Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State, Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, and David Umahi of Ebonyi State were among those who made the cut.
In response to the nominees, Kenneth Okonkwo questioned why the president had to wait two months to offer a list that, in his opinion, was inadequate.
Tinubu’s roster, according to the thespian, will be packed with recycled politicians.
In reference to his forecast, Okonkwo invited people to decide for themselves if he was correct.
“Now that the ministerial list is out, you can judge for yourself whether we were right,” he posted on Twitter.
