American/Nigerian actress, Adunni Ade, has spoken up about her horrifying sexual harassment experience on the set of a movie.

The actress recently revealed on her her Instagram LIVE session specifics of how a sound engineer on an unidentified shoot assaulted her.

Ade stated that a crew worker attempted to pin a microphone lapel to her dress, but instead pushed it to her lower back, making for her underpants.

She claimed that despite her best efforts to avoid causing a scene, the crew member was insistent about not harassing her. She went on to say that she received an apology from other crew members and was discouraged from reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities.

Meanwhile, Adunni Ade is slated to make her directorial debut with the film ‘Soole,’ directed by Kayode Kasum.

Sola Sobowale, Shawn Faqua, Lateef Adedimeji, and Femi Jacobs are among the cast members of the feature film, which will be released on November 26.

Adunni Ade has appeared in a number of Nollywood films, both in English and Yoruba, as well as in music videos for Sound Sultan and Ice Prince. For her work in promoting Nigerian culture, she got the Stella Award from the Nigerian Institute of Journalism.
