Prince Kpokpogri, Tonto Dikeh’s ex-boyfriend, is said to have been arrested and detained by the police.
Tonto Dikeh’s friend and colleague, Doris Ogala, hinted about the arrest in an Instagram post. She didn’t mention name, but she did say he’ll be “sleeping with mosquitos” until Wednesday, October 20.

Doris had written:
“God of Tonto has brought down fire. Till Wednesday
“Finally! Till Wednesday ooo #sleepwithmosquitoesbro”
Jackson Ude, a journalist and former Presidential assistant, later confirmed the arrest and named Kpokpogri as the detainee. He wrote:
“DIG Joseph Egbunike has ordered the arrest and detention of Prince Kpokpogiri who is asking Tonto Dikeh to return his Lexus SUV after both lovers parted ways. Tonto is allegedly using her relationship with the Police DIG to “teach Kpokpogiri a lesson” for messing with her.”
Following the arrest, Tonto Dikeh claims Prince Kpokpogri, threatened her life, held a gun to her head, and owes her money.
Tonto lambasted people calling her out as Nigerians react to Kpokpogri being arrested and confined.
She said her ex-boyfriend should face charges for threatening her life with a pistol and for possessing over 30 illegally recorded sex tapes of women.
