Popular Yoruba actor, produce, and director, Lateef Adedimeji, has expressed happiness as he visits the university where he studied, revealing that he is enthralled by today’s generation of kids.

The actor stormed the auditorium of Olabisi Onabanjo University in Ijebu Ode after being invited to speak to the students.

He claims that despite the fact that it has been over ten years since he graduated from the institution, he still feels a sense of belonging.

Despite the bad operating system, he finds it inspiring to see young people wanting to participate in nation-building.

The actor encouraged those who attended the session to learn from what he had to say, noting that nation-building is a joint obligation.

He wrote:

“I still feel goosebumps even as I post this, beyond the fact that it was thrilling to return to my alma mater, it was also fulfilling to see youths willing to contribute to nation-building…

“Today I was part of an event at Olabisi Onabanjo University where I graduated from, very well over a decade down the line and I still feel some connection to the school.

“Nation-building is a collective responsibility, I hope the little I shared today become a part of you all present, it’s my dream to see you shine… Let’s do it, shall we?”
