Warri billionaire, Ayirimi Emami, the ousted Ologbotsere of Warri Kingdom, has been arraigned by a Chief Magistrates Court over supposed taking of two royal crowns belonging to Warri Kingdom worth N2 billion.
The Nigerian Police Force had in August proclaimed two children of the late Olu of Warri, Ogiame Ikenwoli Godfrey Emiko, needed for taking the royal crown.

As per reports, Prince Oyowoli Emiko and Prince Omatsuli Emiko are as of now needed for breaking into the private condo of Olu of Warri in Delta State and taking the crown.
A Federal High Court in Benin City, Edo State, had given warrants of capture for the two men.
Nonetheless, Ayirimi was on Wednesday accused along of others who purportedly carried out the offense around 11.30 pm on March 30 this year in the palace of the Olu.
This is revealed in the case sheet of No: MW/178 C/2021.
The charges read, “That you Chief Ayirimi Emami (m) and others now at large on 30th of March, 2021 at about 11:30 pm at Olu of Warri Palace, Warri did conspire among yourselves to commit felony, to wit, Burglary and Stealing and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 516 of the Criminal Code Cap C21 Vol. 1, Laws of Delta 2006.
“That you Chief Ayirimi Emami (m) and others now at large on 30th of March, 2021 at about 11:30 pm at Olu of Warri Palace, Warri, in Warri in Warri Magisterial District, with intent to commit a felony broke into a dwelling house of the Olu of Warri and thereby committed an Offence Punishable Under Section 411 of the Criminal Code Cap C21 Vol. 1, Laws of Delta 2006.
“That you Ayirimi Emami (m) and others now at large on the 30th March, 2021 at about 11:30 pm at Olu of Palace, Warri, in Warri Magisterial District did steal two crowns valued at Two Billion Naira, properties of Itsekiri Kingdom and thereby committed an Offence Punishable Under Section 390 (9) of the Criminal Code Cap C21 Vol. 1, Laws of Delta 2006.”
Meanwhile, Ayirimi argued not liable to the three charges, while his lead counsel, Mr. Emmanuel Uti, encouraged the court to allow his client bail, and said the blamed was willing and prepared to show up in court any time he was called to show up.
Police arraigning counsel, SP Sunday Irabor, declared that the carefulness of granting bail existed in the court.
He, in any case, called for a tough bail condition, focusing on the consideration that the guarantees should be dependable.

Chief Magistrate Diejomaoh conceded the blamed bail with two guarantees and N2 million each.
The guarantees, she ruled, should be on Grade Level 15 in the civil service and they should give their passports and, photos just as a National method for identification.
The case was suspended till January 19, 2022 for hearing.
