Mrs Bianca Ojukwu, a former Nigerian Ambassador to Spain has begged President Muhammadu Buhari to release Nnamdi Kanu.
Kanu is the leader of the prohibited Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
Mrs Bianca made the supplication while talking at the tenth dedication commemoration of late Igbo leader, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, coordinated in Owerri on Friday.
She encouraged the President to consider the supplication made by some Igbo leaders during their new visit to the State House, Abuja, requesting Kanu’s release.
Bianca said that Kanu’s release would exhibit Buhari’s charitableness, adding that the clatter for withdrawal is an immediate result of apparent imbalance in the dissemination of assets and political arrangements in the country.

He encouraged Igbo individuals, particularly those favored to involve places of power, to save the traditions of his late dad whom he portrayed as an exemplification of magnanimous assistance and sacrifice to the Igbo cause.
