In a surprising turn of events, Dutch winger Arnaut Danjuma’s future is set to take a new direction as he is now poised to return to England.
After spending the latter half of the previous season on loan at Tottenham Hotspur, Villarreal had been open to offers for the talented player this summer.

Initially, it seemed that Danjuma might be heading to Italy, with AC Milan expressing interest in signing him on loan.
Talks had been underway between the Italian giants and Villarreal to secure the winger’s services for the upcoming season.
However, fate had other plans, and a fresh twist in the tale has now emerged, leading the player back to the Premier League.
According to reports reaching SurgeZirc NG, Everton has closed in and are on the verge of finalizing a deal to sign Danjuma on loan from Villarreal.
The agreement between the two clubs includes a loan fee of €4 million, while Everton has committed to covering the player’s wages in full for the duration of the loan spell.
The 26-year-old winger is expected to make his way to England soon to complete the necessary formalities of his move to Goodison Park this summer.

Everton’s interest in Danjuma might have been expedited by AC Milan’s change of heart, as the Rossoneri ultimately abandoned their pursuit of the Dutchman.
Milan had initially shown interest in Danjuma as one of their targets for the right flank, but their primary focus remained on Samuel Chukwueze.
During discussions with Villarreal about signing the Nigerian winger, Danjuma’s name was brought up as a low-cost alternative, prompting Milan to initiate negotiations for his services as well.
Unfortunately for Milan, their desire for a loan deal with an option to buy clashed with Valencia’s preference for an obligatory purchase.
As a result, an agreement between the clubs failed to materialize.
This impasse allowed Everton to seize the opportunity and swiftly secure a loan deal with Villarreal, satisfying the Spanish club’s conditions and persuading the player to join their ranks.
As the transfer saga takes a new direction, Danjuma’s return to England with Everton appears imminent.
