Fulham has completed the signing of striker Raul Jimenez from Wolves for a reported fee of £5.5 million on Tuesday.
The Mexican forward has signed a two-year contract with an option for an additional 12 months, extending his stay at Craven Cottage until the summer of 2025.

Jimenez spent five successful seasons at Wolves, scoring 57 goals in 166 games.
Expressing his excitement about the move, Jimenez stated, “It’s really important for me to arrive here.
“I will try to do my best for the team, one of the most iconic teams in the Premier League. I’m happy to be here and to play in this stadium, it’s a really good stadium, I like it here.
“I’m going to give my best to keep scoring goals in the Premier League.”
Fulham’s Sporting Director, Tony Khan, also expressed his delight with the signing, stating, “Raul will be familiar to Fulham supporters as he’s had great experience playing in the Premier League, and in international football with Mexico.
It’s important for us to follow up on last season’s success, and we believe that the addition of Raul can help us strengthen the squad as we aim for another successful season in the Premier League.”
The arrival of Jimenez has raised questions about the future of Fulham’s top goalscorer from last season, Aleksandar Mitrovic.
Mitrovic has reportedly expressed a desire to leave the club, with interest from Saudi Arabian side Al Hilal.
However, Fulham has placed a hefty price tag of £52 million on the Serbian striker, leading to a fall-out between the player and the club.
Mitrovic has been considering staying away from the club’s pre-season tour of America, but was convinced by his agent and PFA representatives to join the squad.
Despite the player’s return to the squad, it is understood that Mitrovic is unhappy with being priced out of a move, especially after Al Hilal’s two failed bids for him.

His agent has urged Fulham to reconsider the valuation and lower it to a range between £35 million and £45 million.
As the transfer saga continues, Fulham is hopeful that the addition of Raul Jimenez will strengthen their squad and contribute to another successful Premier League season.
