Nollywood actress Ini Edo recently opened up about her close friendship with fellow actress Uche Jombo during an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo.
In the interview, Ini Edo revealed that their friendship didn’t start off on a positive note, as Jombo initially despised her due to a misunderstanding.

Ini Edo explained that during their first meeting on a movie set, Jombo perceived her as rude and unpleasant.
The misunderstanding arose when Edo arrived late on set and failed to greet anyone, including Jombo.
This led Jombo to develop negative feelings towards Edo, thinking she was arrogant and acting like the “it girl” in the industry.
However, over time, the walls between them broke down and they managed to establish a friendship. Edo mentioned that her amiable nature played a role in bridging the gap.
Eventually, they had a conversation and shared a drink, which helped to dissolve the initial tension. Jombo humorously reminded Edo about her failure to greet people and emphasized that she was not Edo’s equal.
