JAMB new top scorer, Kamsiyochukwu who replaced Mmesoma Ejikeme, received a scholarship award of N2.5million from Soludo.
Miss Nkechinyere Umeh, who scored 360 in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME), has been awarded a scholarship by Governor Chukwuma Soludo.

This is according to a statement made on Tuesday, July 11 by Christian Aburime, Soludo’s press secretary.
Soludo praised Kamsiyochukwu for doing the state proud through her outstanding accomplishment on her JAMB score.
The statement read; The governor has announced a well-deserved scholarship for her to attend Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University and study any course of her choice.
In an interview with SurgeZirc NG, Nkechinyere said she practiced a lot of past questions to familiarise herself with the kind of questions JAMB could set.
Umeh Kamsiyochukwu Nkechinyere, the top scorer in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME), has also said her school, Deeper Life High School, was highly involved in her preparation for the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) examination.

The scholarship will not only serve as a token of the state government’s appreciation for her hard work, but it will also allow her to pursue her dreams and goals, and her aspirations and also contribute to the state’s future development.
Furthermore, the governor wished the awardee continued academic success and encouraged other young Anambra students to be inspired by Umeh’s outstanding performance, adding that they should take advantage of the State’s improved conducive learning environment and strive for excellence at all times.
