Vallejo, who has been with Real Madrid since 2015, has spent much of his time on loan at various clubs, including Real Zaragoza, VfB Stuttgart, Wolves, and Granada (twice).
This will be his third temporary spell with Granada. The 26-year-old initially joined the club in January 2020, spending the second half of the 2019/20 season there.
A few months later, he returned to Granada in the summer of 2020 and remained with the club throughout the 2020/21 season.
During his 18-month stint at Granada, Vallejo made 51 appearances, surpassing his 31 appearances for Real Madrid.
Vallejo has had limited playing time with Real Madrid since returning from his loan spell at Granada.
Real Madrid’s manager, Carlo Ancelotti, has made it clear that Vallejo does not factor into his plans.
As such, the Spanish defender has decided to return to familiar surroundings in Granada, where he hopes to make an impact in the upcoming 2023/24 season.

Hopefully, the loan move will provide Vallejo with an opportunity to regain his form and confidence, as well as gain valuable playing time.
By joining Granada once again, he will have the chance to prove his abilities and potentially catch the attention of Real Madrid or other clubs in the future.
