In her ongoing divorce with rapper Kanye West, Kim Kardashian has been given the $60 million Hidden Hills, California mansion she and her children have called home for months.
Although the reality star filed for divorce in February, the couple has remained friendly and even expressed public support for each other. Despite the fact that they have kept a close friendship, the two are still divorcing.

Kim Kardashian will get the $60 million house they developed together, according to new paperwork filed in Los Angeles County Court on Tuesday, October 12th.
The split couple reportedly negotiated a purchase price for the site on which they had built their dream home from the ground up, according to TMZ. They paid $20 million for the 5,000-square-foot Southern California property in 2014 before dismantling it and restoring it down to the last nail.
In March, it was revealed that Kim will be the one to receive the house, while their divorce proceedings continued amid whispers of a possible reconciliation.

According to a source, the couple decided early on to give Kim the house because it is where their four children have grown up and is “all they’ve ever known.”
After seven years of marriage and four children, North, 8, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2, Kim filed for divorce in February.
