LP National Deputy Leader Apapa called on the Baelsa, Imo and Kogi constituencies in the off-season gubernatorial race to vote for partisan candidates.

Ramidi said the candidate presented by Abure and the documents signed by Abure are currently invalid as they are withheld by the competent court.

In an interview with SurgeZirc NG over the weekend, Apapa said, “I am the rightful leader of the party in all respects.”

“When Abure was calling people to rallies, was he was in charge of the party’s finances?” The vice chairman of the party lamented. “And if another meeting is called tomorrow, they know where to go because they know that if they go somewhere they will be on their own.”

He also said the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) will certify candidates for the upcoming gubernatorial election. “We have to do it because the law is on our side”.

During this injunction, the vice Chairman voids any documents signed by Abure, and anything you do on that level is invalid.

Apapa claims he was formally requested by the LP’s National Working Committee (NWC) to represent Mr. Abre, but the outcome of the ongoing trial against the beleaguered National. “It will let the whole world know who is between him and me” Abure explained.

“I told people that I was ready to attend the meeting as soon as they were called. Instead, he told the whole world on air that he had never seen me”.
