Nigeria is Africa’s largest film producer and also has the continent’s largest population. Nigeria, with Africa’s largest economy, is a popular destination for businesses looking to expand on the continent.
Despite the fact that the Muhammadu Buhari-led country is currently experiencing a sharp economic decline and the worst security challenge since its independence in 1960, the country’s population of over 200 million people remains appealing to investors.
Murflicks, a new streaming service that said it will offer 92 percent local content, holding a town hall meeting with Nigerian producers could only be to collaborate with locals in the production of TV shows that will appeal to the people.
