Sweden Sports Confederation Denies Claims Of Hosting ‘Sex Championship’, making many feel disappointed.
A recent report stated that Swedish sport might hold a sex championship. Many young people are enthralled by this behavior, which they find fascinating. The first sport of its type, seen live by millions of people.
This illusion was cut short when a fact-checking analysis revealed that the widely circulated idea that Swedish sport had declared sex a sport and was planning a tournament was false. The internet has been gripped by a report claiming that Sweden had begun the first-ever worldwide sex tournament with Greek contestants.
Several international media outlets, including the respected South African news site IOL, fell for this and reported on it. In addition, in its coverage on the tournament, the prominent German media corporation RTL held a poll in which users were asked, “What do you think about recognizing sex as a sport?”
The assertion was refuted by Anna Setzman, spokesman for the Swedish Sports Confederation, in a written statement saying, “All of this information is false”.
“Right now, false information about Sweden and Swedish sports is being spread in some international media,” she added. These are categorically denied.”

According to the Swedish Sports Confederation, an individual claimed there existed a sex federation and requested for membership, but the application was rejected in May.
“The Swedish Sports Confederation has drawn attention to the fact that news is currently being spread in some parts of the international media that a sex federation has become a member of the Swedish Sports Confederation,” Setzman stated in a statement. “It is false information designed to smear Swedish sports and Sweden.”
The confederation categorically denied any collaboration with a sex organization. “There is no sex federation that is a member of the Swedish Sports Confederation,” said Setzman. The so-called sex federation said, “it’s a shame that SSF (Swedish Sex Federation) was not helped by the 2 billion Swedish kronor allocated (by the Swedish government) to registered sports organizations.” Bratic said that despite not being recognized, they would hold a sex championship.
