Tottenham Hotspur is prepared to reject Bayern Munich’s latest bid for Harry Kane as they aim to retain the striker at the club.
As the 29-year-old forward player enters the final year of his contract with Tottenham, several clubs are vying for his signature.

While Manchester United was initially keen on signing him, they have since withdrawn their interest due to Daniel Levy’s high demands, which exceed £100 million.
Reigning Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich, however, remain in the race and have made two offers to acquire Kane.
Their initial bid of €70 million (£60 million) plus add-ons was rejected by Spurs.
Bayern then returned with an improved offer of €80 million (£68 million) with additional incentives, but reports suggest that Tottenham still considers it insufficient and is expected to reject the bid.
Kane is due to return to pre-season training with Tottenham on Wednesday, where he is expected to discuss his immediate future.
Speculation suggests that he has already reached an agreement with Bayern following a secret meeting.
Bayern manager Thomas Tuchel has prioritized Kane as his top target for the summer transfer window as the club aims to replace Robert Lewandowski, who moved to Barcelona last year.
While Bayern signed Sadio Mane as a potential successor, the Senegalese forward has struggled to find his best form and has been linked with a possible departure.
If a deal for Kane fails to materialize, Bayern is reportedly considering Napoli’s Victor Osimhen as an alternative option.
Tottenham faces the risk of losing their academy graduate on a free transfer next year if they do not adjust their strict transfer stance.
Following Kane’s return to training, the team is set to embark on a series of overseas friendlies in Australia, Thailand, and Singapore.
Despite Spurs’ disappointing eighth-place finish in the Premier League last season, Kane had another outstanding campaign, scoring 30 league goals and finishing second behind Erling Haaland in the Golden Boot race.

Amidst the uncertainty surrounding Kane’s future, Tottenham has been active in the transfer market.
They have already secured the services of English playmaker James Maddison in a £40 million deal from Leicester City, and have also signed Guglielmo Vicario as a potential replacement for goalkeeper Hugo Lloris.
