Video of Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh’s ex-boyfriend, Prince Kpokpogri, being released from custody has surfaced online after he denied being arrested.
The self-proclaimed activist was shown in the video donning traditional clothing and looking remorseful.
During an Instagram Live chat a day following his alleged detention, Kpokpogri refuted the reports of being in custody.

Kpokpogri was apprehended after attempting to reclaim one of his cars from the actress, which he tracked down to a prominent Abuja hotel.
He allegedly punctured the tyres to prevent Tonto from driving the car from the property.
This resulted in a fight, which led to both parties being taken to the police station, where Kpokpogri was supposedly arrested.
A senior police officer quickly ordered his detention.
While replying to comments regarding the activist’s arrest, Dikeh revealed that he threatened her with a gun.
She went on to say that Kpokpogri owed her a large sum of money and had refused to return the brand new Hilux she had given him.
For months, the actress and Kpokpogri have been embroiled in a messy separation drama.
