Health workers were amazed and proud after they helped a Somalian woman give birth to 5 children (quintuplets).

The children were delivered all at once at the RecepTayyip Erdogan Hospital on Monday the 3rd of August.

It was posted on Twitter by the Hospital saying that all babies and their mother are healthy and being monitored by the doctors at the hospital.

The health workers were commended for a job well done as it is noted as one of the rarest births in the world.

A group photo of all the health workers in the Turkish-run hospital in Mogadishu that participated in the safe birth giving was posted.

The Somalian mother of the quintuplets was unidentified, wo were the genders of the babies. The tweet posted by the Hospital read….

“A mom gave birth 5 little babies (quintuplets) in our hospital, one of the rarest births in the world. The mom and her babies are healthy and now being monitored by our doctors. Thanks to our health professionals who made this possible.”

A blessing indeed as many don’t survive such. Remember the first set of quintuplets born in the United States in 1875 did not survive. Congrats to the Somalian mother.
