The former national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Comrade Adams Oshiomhole has called on the people of Udaba and Anegbette in Etsako Central Local Government Area, to vote out the administration of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state because it has neglected them for the past three years.
Oshiomhole made the call on Sunday, September 6, 2020, during the APC Governorship ward-to-ward campaign rally. The former governor of Edo assured the people of the area that the party would merge his developmental strides if voted for in the forthcoming Governorship elections scheduled to take place on Sep 19.

He further noted that his successor, Governor Godwin Obaseki of the opposition party, had not lived up to the confidence reposed in him in terms of stability of project implementation. Adding that the APC candidate, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu would complete the road projects he started in the area if elected governor.
“I am proud that we did not misuse power, hence, I will not be able to campaign for good governance today. Ize-Iyamu will bring good governance to the people of this area that is why I am supporting him to be elected as Edo Governor.

“I have memories of how the major road leading to this community was very bad and not accessible. But my administration fixed the road to reduce the hardship of the people. However, some parts of the road need to be extended to other parts of this council,” stated Oshiomhole.
Meanwhile, the running mate to Ize-Iyamu, Malam Gani Audu urged the electorate in the wards to cast their votes for the APC so they could benefit from the good plans the party had for Edo.
